Fixed-scope projects are quoted as a fixed price against a written scope after discovery. Dedicated squads are billed monthly per seat. Discovery itself is a paid, fixed-price engagement — usually one to three weeks — and you keep the output whether or not you continue with us.

You get a written impact assessment covering cost, timeline and technical risk before any work starts. Nothing changes on the invoice that you have not approved in advance.
