Quotes. Invoices. Clients. Business, simplified.
The paperwork side of good work, in one calm place. Write a clear quote, send it as a private link, let the client accept, turn it into an invoice, record the payment. Nothing is sent until you review it.

Made for
Freelancers, studios and small service businesses who would rather do the work than chase the admin.
From the first proposal to the final payment
Client, quote, acceptance, invoice, payment: one thread, in order, with the agreed details carried through instead of retyped.
A strong first impression
Documents carry your name, logo and accent colour. Clients open a clean private link, not an attachment.
Nothing is sent until you review it
Every document is a draft until you say otherwise. Preview exactly what the client will see before it goes.
What it does
From good work to paperwork, without the paperwork getting in the way.

People you work with
Good work starts with a client.
Save a client's contact details once. Every quote and invoice for them starts from there, and their page shows what is open, what is awaiting a reply and what is awaiting payment.
- Client contacts with business and billing details
- A page per client with every document and its state
- Search across clients as the list grows
- Existing documents keep a snapshot of the details they were issued with
Scope and pricing
Turn a clear scope into an agreed project.
Outline the work, price the deliverables, set the timeline and payment terms, and give the client one clear proposal to approve. Start from scratch or from a saved service template.
- Project scope, priced deliverables and delivery timeline
- Payment terms and revisions stated up front
- Quote validity dates
- Saved products and services you add to any quote in one tap

The client link
Review and share. Then let them answer.
Each document gets a secure private link. The client reads it, accepts it, or asks for changes, and you see that on your desk. Links can be revoked at any time.
- Preview the proposal exactly as the client sees it
- Client acceptance and change requests come back to you
- Send by email or copy the link
- Revoke every link to a document in one action
Ready to invoice
Good work, ready to bill.
Convert an accepted quote to an invoice and the agreed details come with it. Or create an invoice directly. Numbers are assigned when issued, payments are recorded when received, and a mistaken record can be corrected without pretending it never happened.
- Convert an accepted quote or start an invoice directly
- Invoice numbers assigned on issue
- Record payment received, or correct a record
- Payment arranged directly with you, on the agreed terms

Make it yours
Your name and logo on every new document.
Upload a logo, pick a document accent colour, and set your business details once. On Pro, documents carry your branding only, with no Business Desk footer.
- Business identity: name, logo, email, billing details
- Document accent colour
- Pro: your branding, no product footer
- New documents pick up changes; issued ones stay as issued

Your business, at a glance
Your next moves, on one desk.
The dashboard shows what needs you: drafts to finish, quotes awaiting a reply, invoices awaiting payment, and the client who needs an update. Not a report to read; a list to act on.
- Drafts, awaiting reply, awaiting payment
- Requested changes surfaced, not buried
- One place for everything open
- Explore a guest workspace before creating an account
How it works
Four steps. The details carry through.
Start simple, stay organised. Each step keeps what the last one agreed.
- 01
Add a client
Name, business, contact. That is all a first quote needs.
- 02
Write the quote
Scope, priced deliverables, timeline, terms. Start from a saved service if you have one.
- 03
Share the link
Preview it as the client, then send. They accept or ask for changes on the same page.

Invoice and record

Questions
The short answers.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. Open a guest workspace in your browser and use every feature. Accounts, for access across devices, are opening soon.
Does Business Desk take payments?
No. Payment is arranged directly between you and your client on the agreed terms. Business Desk records that it happened, and lets you correct a mistaken record.
What does the client see?
A clean private page with the proposal or invoice, your branding, and the option to accept or request changes. No account is needed on their side.
Can I change my business details later?
Yes. New documents use the new details. Documents already issued keep a snapshot of what they were issued with, so records stay true.
Who built it?
ProLaps. It is the same paperwork we run our own engagements on, and it is built with the same stack we use for client work.
